Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Friday and orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipment during a sale period.

Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 days in the USA from the ship date (not the order date). However, shipping carriers can experience unexpected delays outside of our control, so we can’t guarantee delivery timeframes, and can only provide estimates.
Return + Refund Policy
Holiday Policy: To make your holiday shopping experience as delightful as possible, we've crafted a special holiday return policy. Starting from October 24th through December 24th, all sales are eligible for returns until January 12th. If you decide you want to return an item, we will issue store credit to your account, providing you with flexibility for future purchases.
Please note that for a full refund, items must still meet our standard return policy criteria. For detailed information on the return process and eligibility, be sure to review our standard policy below. We kindly ask that all items, whether they qualify for our holiday policy or not, be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and labels intact.

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to initiate a return by requesting a return by contacting contact@fernanddaisy.com. Items must be unworn with all tags in place. All returns must be sent back to fern+daisy within one month of receiving your return label; returns received beyond one month will not be eligible for a return. Once the items have been received and are confirmed to meet our return guidelines we will submit your refund.
Should you wish to exchange your garment for a different size or color, please note which size or color you would like. The new item will be promptly shipped to you as soon as your original order has been received and is confirmed to meet our return guidelines.

Crafted from recycled and sustainably grown fibers.
Our fabric had to be environmentally and socially responsible - we sourced fabric made with organic renewable or recycled fibers constructed in North America at fabric mills that have been running for almost a century. These mills adhere to multiple global standards of environmental and social compliance including the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. We are proud that every element of our supply chain is good for the planet and people.
