Our Legacy
fern+daisy strives to positively impact the communities where our legacy started.
fern+daisy emerged out of the passion of two fiercely hard-working women who through a combined 120 years have impacted the lives of thousands of Appalachian Americans. Fern Daniels Rains and Daisy Lundy Riggs lived in Central Appalachia and left behind a history of sacrifice, creativity, laughter, conservation, and endurance. By pursing our passion for sustainable and classic style while offering 10% of our profits to rehabilitation programs and rural higher education centers, we hope to continue the legacy of our heroines.

fern + daisy takes pride in remaining eco conscious in every step of the process. We source our materials from sustainable fabric suppliers and partner with skilled garment artisans across the United States. By keeping our development and production in America and limiting the miles traveled from the mill, the cutting floor, and our headquarters, we keep a small carbon footprint. We ship our products in small batches to keep our production process as sustainable as possible. fern+daisy believes in the power of American craftsmanship and the pride of wearing something made in your own backyard.
